Please be advised that due to COVID-19 restrictions, all staff have adjusted their days and hours to accommodate the needs and safety of clients and staff members. A limited numbers of clients at any one time, has resulted in a huge demand, so cancellation and appointment “no shows” will incur a 50% charge, payable before a new booking can be made.
Please wait outside upon arrival, where you will be greeted by a member of staff, in line with the one-in-one-out rule as advised by the Government.
All appointments need to be pre-booked with at least 24-hours notice
