Late Evening Appointments
We are currently at full capacity on our books for late evening appointments with senior stylists.
These appointments are only available for standing customers.
Skin Allergy Testing
All chemical services require a skin allergy test to be performed at least 72 hours prior to your hair appointment. This is required for all new customers as well as existing customers who have not had a chemical service within 6 months of their last colour test.
Hair Lounge reserve the right to refuse any chemical service without a prior test, so to avoid disappointment and any cancellation/re-booking charge, please ensure you book and complete a test prior to your appointment.
New Clients to Colour
All new clients visiting us that are new to colour, require a consultation prior to any appointments being offered, this is so we know the correct service is being booked and that the correct timing is allowed. we can also complete the patch test that is also required.
